Southern Meats is a privately owned export abattoir situated at Goulburn in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. All stock is sourced from the best grazing areas of New South Wales and Victoria for export markets.
We use the latest technology in automated shoulder pulling & vertical skin puller, giving clean take off & avoiding grain strain.
All skins are off 25kg average export sheep 8½ square feet and better (a large percentage are 9 square feet and better).
